Observe first, think later

Anyone who knows to make a deal knows that the quieter the deal, the better the deal it is for everyone. The more you noticed that someone is going to make a transaction or a deal, the more the ego surge and the more irrational the deal would be.

Quite frankly, if someone pompously announced that they are in a café to close a deal or to make a major transaction, I would hesitate to think that 1) the deal is already closed, this means that its a matter of handing the cheque 2) everyone is testing everyone out. Hence the louder the deal is, the more waste of time the meeting is going to be. Because everyone is going to talk about everything except about closing the deal.

I have been handed a cheque for $50,000 in a MacDonald's and no I did not close the deal there, I was given the cheque and made some simple details that's all.

All I know is that the more one talks and the more distractions which means inviting a lot of attention, the deal is not going to happen. More likely, it is a free drink and meal.

Everybody knows, I used to make a bet with my colleagues just by looking at some customers whether they can close the deal, more often, a café is a surefire of wasting a trip unless, it is there just to sign the documents. If you are invited to the home or office, your deal is done.

The same goes for closing the deals on ladies. It is written all over the face, the way they carry themselves and how relaxed they are. The more distractions there are and the more conspiratory of the environment to screw up the deal, you will not close the deal. Closing a corporate deal is way easier because it involves the details of your transaction and not you.

There isn't a need for me to close the deal on ladies simply because very often, the deal was already closed even before I arrived. This means that people have a already an arrangement. I am not even part of the discussion that's all. Why would anyone think that I can close a deal on the phone and someone within a night, I would have any doubt. Because it is all in the eyes, my dear boy.

The difference between a sniffler customer/client is that it not rude to ask them politely to go away and a sniffler female bait is that chivalry is on hand, and that's why I have even turn the enemy to my favour. This means that even I know that this lady is just messing around, it is rude to turn her away because she is a lady. I simply find a way to let her admit it that's all.

There isn't even a need to prove that I can close the deals- provided I see them as deals. If I do not, it just means that there is more than meets the eye. Me getting frustrated is like the banker from the opposite branch asking the girlfriend to pose as a customer and refusing to sign on the dotted line and me keep badgering her to do so.

But you see that, the competition must not know that you know. Otherwise, it would destroy the possible connection one can make with mole. I personally have made the mole turned against the person that she was trying to help. You know what happens to the girlfriend, she begins to ask questions about her own boyfriend.

There are many more important things in life than proving that you have a way with women, I simply make it look like a walk in the park that's all and this means that I already know there is no way in heaven anything is going to happen- I simply make it look like I don't give a damn.

Of course, some people will always want to be proven right and cast some self-doubt, the only self-doubt I ever have is that why does anyone go to such lengths to prove something so unimportant. Even if I suck with women, so what. Even if the entire universe of women hates me so what, and even if everything is pre-arranged to make me think that I suck with women- and even if it is true, so what. I really don't quite understand the big hooha.

It is not like my pay cheque is hinging on my ability to attract women. I would be extremely worried if someone hires me because I can attract women. I think they are hiring a gigolo instead.

And no, no one can make me do something that I do not like to do, I can smell a rat even before the rat appear. I always say that if it is too good to be true, it is too good to be true.

And a buyer who is interested- asks the most questions. It is those whom isn't, that don't. Don't even try to fake it and sometimes, this instinct gets to me so much that I begin to prove to everyone that I am the right person. And it comes to the point that it close to perfect. But I am not. All I know is I know what you want even men. That is why I played off each other- but men don't want me per se, but they are interested in what I can come up with. They are not my customers, and they are not even interested to be my friend, they are just snooping around and I really don't need to give them any respect whatsoever since there isn't any sincerity at all.

And so, they deserve every slap on their face that their actions deserve. I don't even want to pretend that they are trying to be my friend. I just pretend that they are trying very hard for something that comes quite naturally to me and once in a while, I just get charitable that's all.

When someone wants to hunt you down, like a good friend whispering something in the ear, and the the good friend doesn't like you very much- please say goodbye. The friend can come up with the most preposterous stories to say something and the girl is wanton to believe because women works likes this that's all. They will not get rid of a friend for a guy.

So if your friends are prejudiced son of bitches, you will listen to the prejudice son of a bitch. Please for crying out loud, don't waste everyone's time. When you cannot get them alone, you can forget it. So, if the whole world is against you, the worse thing that you can do is to pretend that the world are going to sing your praises and everything else is just a useless exertion.

I don't even want to try to even to do the impossible because this is not like running or boxing, there is no clear winner or loser. It is just opinions, and if opinions is the only thing that matter, and I don't own the bloody media station without having to mortgage something else. I will leave it when the mortgage is paid and I will keep and take everything else. It is as simple as that.

There won't be any interesting deals that's all. I just hold the record for everything else.

It's not that I am not good at closing deals, the environment is missing the east wind, and I am not intending to waste my time chasing the wind. There is no way of closing a deal without someone signing the dotted line. Hence, you can call it in any other way. I am just looking that's all.

Hence, from my point of view, it is like a fly on the wall. There is so many things to see and nothing interesting that is done. You are screaming in your head that you are wasting time and you are nothing more than a pawn but well, I cannot say anything but well be the fly on the wall- you see I am a sociologist and anthropologist before I became a banker.

It is my job to notice people and observe them- that's why I think NLP is crap. You cannot win them over by tracking the brain. Then history and all the knowledge created in this world would be useless since we just need to know how the brain works.

Any proper social scientist and psychologist will tell you the same thing. That is why this fly on the wall just see many people wasting their time.

I can tell you that the power resides not on me but on the people whom have the ability to influence- the truth is not important. It is what you believed- that's why mediacorp is not owned by anyone.

I believed that I have more money than most people my age, the only difference is that materialism always wins eventually. The only difference is that I spend one year proving that you cannot replaced that. That's why, I have everything else still and the only thing, I don't have is lesser money and no money.

The funny thing is people believed otherwise, older, younger, the dreamer, the working class, the uneducated and the educated. I studied finance, I didn't study arts in renaissance. But I can make an argument on that too simply because I know that materialism arose from renaissance- I don't think you leant that in NLP or finance or economics.

Fibonacci comes from Italy and they are used in technical analysis and you see that the historical context arising from that is that it is a magical set up of indicators which apparently have magical qualities. And then you used it on your candlestick analysis- and then you realise that finance and money is really just alchemy.

Everyone believes what everyone wants to believe. The difference is that when you believe things that distract you from things that have a real impact, you simply screw up your own life. You will realise that you really don't need to convince another person otherwise- because the world supports this belief.

It is you against the world and with it. And not just me against the world.
